Delivery Costs
Deliveries to the UK Mainland (allow 3 to 5 days for Hunter Boots) carry a £ 8.00 delivery charge.

Please note: Since goods are despatched directly from the manufacturers, if you order products from multiple manufacturers, the products will arrive to you as separate shipments - however, only one shipping charge will be applied to your entire order.

Despatch of goods is subject to product availability, which may in some rare circumstances delay shipment - we will inform you if this should occur and offer you the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund. We are afraid we cannot despatch or deliver at weekends or on UK Bank Holidays.

Exchanges / Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase from this web site and provided that you follow the "Returns Procedure" outlined below, we'll promptly assist you with a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date that Hunter receive the goods back at the warehouse - But the merchandise must be in original condition, unused, with all original packaging where available, components, instructions, and warranty material.
To Return an Item to Hunter
IMPORTANT - Using this "Returns Procedure"
1. This procedure is ONLY for the return of Hunter Boots and Hunter accessories purchased from this web site - if you purchased the goods from any other retail outlet or web site, then you should return the goods back to them.
2. The handling of your return / exchange / warranty claim will be much quicker if you follow this procedure.
3. We prefer to communicate by email whenever possible so that we have a written record of the return, so please use email and only phone if you DO NOT have an email address.
Returns Procedure
Before returning any items please email Hunter Customer Services (Click here ... RETURNS@Hunter-Boot.com) to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and include the following information in your request:
- The date you received the goods
- Your web order number (starts OCC)
- The advice note number (from the packing slip)
- Your full postal address
- Your e-mail address & contact telephone number
- The reason for returning the goods, and confirm if you require a replacement or refund.

The Hunter Customer Services Team will reply promptly with a "Returns Authorisation Number" and further instructions including where to send the goods. Following this procedure will ensure a trouble free return. Where appropriate we will refund the original purchaser's credit/debit card - the transaction will appear as WP-SIXTOP LIMITED CROWTHORNE on the card statement. If you have no email address, then (and only then) please telephone Hunter Customer Services on: 01387 269591 to acquire your "Returns Authorisation Number".
Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns
Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise purchased from this web site, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
Returns
If you cancel your order after we have delivered your goods, or are returning the merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost and for cost of returning it to us. We will only refund the value of the goods that you return.
Incorrect Orders
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologise. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
The Hunter Warranty
Every pair of boots purchased from this web site are covered by a comprehensive 12 month manufacturer's warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. Hunter Boots are made largely by hand, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. We use natural rubber in our products, tapped from rubber trees in tropical plantations. For these reasons, each Hunter is unique, and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add character.
Warranty Claims for items purchased from this web store
Should you consider that you have a warranty claim for any goods purchased from this web site (if purchased from any other retail outlet or web site, then you should contact them with your warranty claim), please follow the procedure detailed above in the "To Return An Item to Hunter" section including as much detail as possible on your Returns Authorisation Request. The Customer Services Team will contact you with further instructions. Where appropriate a refund will appear on the original purchaser's card statement as WP-SIXTOP LIMITED CROWTHORNE. Return shipping costs (up to a maximum equal to the original delivery cost charged) will be reimbursed for all validated warranty claims. Please note that return postage refunds will be settled by cheque direct from Hunter Boot Ltd.
Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled before delivery will be refunded in full.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide you with the right to cancel your order for goods purchased from our web store within 7 working days beginning the day after you receive delivery of the goods.
Should you decide to cancel your order you must notify us within that 7 working day period and we will refund the value of the goods that you purchased by crediting the original purchaser's credit card within 30 days of Hunter receiving back the goods.
