Measurements should preferably be taken by another person. Always stand up straight and look straight ahead. BE NATURAL - Relax, and do not inhale and hold your breath or exhale and hold.

COLLAR - Measure around the neck. The measurements shown below are from the button to the centre of the button hole. Make sure that you allow enough room for a comfortable fit.
SLEEVE LENGTH - Measure from the centre of the base of your neck, over your shoulder, to the cuff edge.
CHEST - Measure around the fullest part of the chest (this is generally across the nipple), be sure to keep the tape up under your arms and around shoulder blades.
WAIST - Measure around the waist - The widest point is usually across the navel.
