To discourage internet fraud, it is our policy to deduct the money due (for both goods & delivery charges) from your credit / debit card at time of order (not when we despatch the goods) and only paid orders will be delivered. Please note: Since goods are despatched directly from the manufacturers, if you order products from multiple manufacturers, the products will arrive to you as separate shipments - however, only one shipping charge will be applied to your entire order. Despatch of goods is subject to product availability, which may in some rare circumstances delay shipment. We are afraid we cannot despatch or deliver at weekends or on UK Bank Holidays. Please be aware that the delivery company will be unable to leave the goods at the delivery address without a signature accepting them as proof of delivery. All goods are shipped in the standard manufacturer's packaging and we are unable to gift wrap the goods or append any greetings.
